Does Rovistella organise weddings? Does Rovistella also work as a wedding coordinator only? 

Yes: in the UK and in Italy, currently. Rovistella is an Event Planner and is also available to Coordinate Vendors and the Events.

Does Rovistella also take care of decorative style to events?

Yes: Rovistella does styling and decor on request, for weddings or seasonal events (e.g Easter, Halloween, Christmas and Birthday parties).

Does Rovistella sell items or prepare decorations?

Both: Rovistella sells gift products and decoration items. Makes party favors and provides party decorations. For wedding favours / bomboniere and party decorations, write to info@rovistella.com

Does Rovistella sell/send items to Italy?

Not anymore, due to post brexit customs fees :(

When will my order be sent?

We aim to post your package by 2 working day.

UK only, at the moment.

Can I place my order via phone?

No, unfortunately. We are working on this.

How much is postage?

UK Postage costs from £3.5 approx. and is free if spending over £40.

We are operating as normal and you can continue to place orders with confidence but additional charges such as the customs duty will be applied. We invite you to read the Shipping Policy.

Are delivery and return times impacted by Brexit?

There may be delays but we are working to make sure this does not happen.

For deliveries to the room of your choice, we ask that you wear a mask to accept the delivery and ask you to note that our delivery persons will not take away the packaging in order to limit the time of social contact.

Do you post to BFPO Addresses?

Yes, simply enter the British Forces Post Office address in the following format:

What are the times of the delivery?

The Delivery Service will deliver to your home, to the room of your choice and you will receive info during the item's journey.

Please, allow a maximum of 5 days for orders in the UK mainland.

Please note: it is your responsibility to check that doors, stairways and lifts are big enough for the items you are having delivered.

You can find your order details and tracking in the email sent by Rovistella short after your purchase.

Where is my item?

It is rare, but sometimes post will get lost in the mail. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of receipt, please email us and we will resend or refund your goods after giving the postal service a good telling off and open a claim. Please let us know within 6 weeks of placing your order, or we may not be able to help and refund / resend your order.

My Item arrived damaged, what now?

So sorry! It is rare, but these things happen! As soon as you receive the item/items, write an email to info@rovistella.com attaching a  photo of the item (to save you the effort and trouble posting it back to us) and we will find a solution for you!

How can I pay?

We except all major debit / credit cards and also through Paypal.

Do you offer Refunds?

I am sure you will love the items, but if they do not quite fit the bill - rest assured - we have a no-quibble returns policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can send it back for an exchange or refund.

Simply sent the goods back within within 30 days of receipt and include your proof of purchase.

Contact info@rovistella.com first for the return address.

Goods have to be in a saleable condition. Please ensure the item is unworn / unused, that all labels are still attached and that it is in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Items sold in Rovistella Bazaar Collection

  • Gift cards

  • Some health and personal care items (beauty products and face-masks/covering)

  • Items that have been worn / used

  • Earrings/personal accessories for hygiene reasons

  • Flowers or plants

    Unfortunately any delivery costs cannot be refunded.

    Does Rovistella sell items or organise weddings?

    Both! Rovistella sells and gives advice on home decor. In addition, she plans weddings both in the UK and in Italy. 

    Do you have an actual shop or office I could visit?

    Unfortunately not - Rovistella workes remotely and sells online only, perhaps one day though.
